Well, that didn’t work the way I expected.

Hi guys.

Adrienne here, and I know, I’ve dropped off on the posting again. This time, I have a better reason than simply being forgetful. I have, for the time being, no internet access at my house: which means that even though I want to post, I’m not able to.

I’m hoping to have internet back midway through Novemeber, but that does mean that you’ll see a lot of me through scheduled postings all put on the site on either friday or saturdays. I’m about to put three or four posts into the schedule queue, just of prompts, and then I’m going to go ahead and write a few about other things as well.

Either way, we have only 26 days until NaNoWriMo 2013. I’m setting myself a little higher goal than I have in the past this year, and I hope to accomplish it. My goal is to write 2k words on days I work, and 3k on days that I don’t. This should put me near 70k at the end of the month, with two completed (hopefully) stories. I’m now getting on track to finish two other short stories as well. All four stories are based in the same universe, which I’m beginning to tilt deeper and deeper into. I’m hard core back into pure sci-fi, and it looks like I’ll be staying here a while.

Camp NaNoWriMo 2013

Woo hoo!

Welcome Campers!

It’s not quite that time of year again, this is more of a practice run.

But, My goal is to hit the correct word count per day for November on each of the 31 days of July. This means that I should hit 51,667 words by the end of the month.

We’ll see how that goes.

What am I writing about? At the time of this post being written, I have no bloody clue.

I usually start that way.

I have a few universes to play in. We’ll see where I decide to go.

Writing Prompts: Week of June 30th- July 6th

Here we go, back on track. Mostly.

Like usual, the old school rules apply. 250-500 words per prompt. For those of you participating in Camp NaNoWriMo this year, expect some weird posts from me about that later in the week.

Sunday: Long after I encountered (you fill in the blank here) the first time, I came across it again. Describe how (your fill in the black) changed if it did at all.

Monday: The possibilities are endless, what would you do with a lotto jackpot?

Tuesday: Write a short bit about a veteran space cruise Captain answering questions that he is tired of answering.

Wednesday: Name a good something possible. Now, how would you go about making it inevitable?

Thursday: Write about a voice that most people refuse to hear.

Friday:  ~ FREE WRITE ~

Saturday: Open a short with this line of Dialogue: “So, it has come to this.”

So. Change is in the air!

So for all of those individuals whom have been getting little slips of paper handed to them with this web address on it, Welcome.

Most of you have known that I’m a writer, and I’m constantly getting encouragement from almost all of you. Not to mention, I’ve recruited all of you to keep my happy self on track for NaNoWriMo every year since I’ve met most of you. Most of you have gotten the mini run down of what has happened recently, and all, but it hasn’t been really fully explained, and I ususally don’t get to answer questions, because I’ve been having to pass out the little slips as quickly as I can without really getting to talk to each of you.

Everything is explained behind the more link:
